How do I know if my pet is having an emergency?

If you have any concerns, please immediately bring your pet in! If you are unsure, feel free to call us. Some typical signs of a true emergency are: Significant trauma – hit by car, dog or wildlife fight, uncontrolled bleeding, seizuring and convulsions, difficulty breathing, listlessness and non-responsive, ingestion of suspected toxin (poison control line), persistent diarrhea or vomiting, no urination.
