If your veterinarian determines that your pet has a more complicated condition requiring consultation with a specialist, we partner with them and with you to get your pet the care it needs. We typically work through direct referral from your veterinarian but please call with any questions.

Care Navigators are assigned to pet owners to streamline and make the experience of referral as stress free, transparent & supportive as possible. They serve as a point of contact, facilitate all the details and get to know each pet family to help personalize the experience.
